The statistics have been collected by David C. Carey of Naperville, Illinois since about 1954.

The web site has been developed over the last several years, off and on, by David J. Ritchie, also of Naperville, Illinois.

We regard the contents of this site as being something of a work in progress. See Contact Us for the status of taking the extensive records collected and putting them up as web pages. There you will also find an e-mail link by which you can provide feedback, corrections, etc.
